We have an incredible opportunity for entry-level candidates, out-of-college, experienced Manufacturing Technicians, or Manufacturing Production Leads looking to grow with an electronics manufacturing company in Clearwater, FL!

 

We’re seeking Manufacturing Technicians to play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. They will work closely with Manufacturing Assemblers, providing essential support in wire harness manufacturing by addressing queries related to design, product, or suggestions for product improvement.

 

Pay Range: $17-$30/hour (DOE)

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday-Thursday (7am-4:30pm) with Fridays (7am-11am)

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

 

Our Manufacturing Technicians will:

• Support day-to-day operations of wire harness manufacturing.

• Train, assess, and partake in the surveillance of processes and workflow.

• Make sure all requirements are understood and properly executed.

• Redistribute/assign personnel as needed to keep production flowing.

• Coordinate with the Production Planner to move material to the floor (as needed).

• Assess if potential non-conformance is acceptable based on engineering documentation.

• Provide direction for operators based on non-conformances found during quality inspection for continual Improvement.

• Assess existing methods, and documentation, and identify areas for improvement.

• Review Engineering Change Requests for documentation errors and tooling improvements.

 

Job Requirements:

• Entry-level to experienced Manufacturing Technicians are welcome to apply.

• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing support role is preferred.

• Ability to look at manufacturing pieces, products, and designs to suggest improvement.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).
